National BikeNights

This event is the perfect venue to get out in front of our local community. Cycle Gear’s intent is to
drive business for our vendors as well as ourselves. Space will be provided in our parking lot for
vendors to display your products from 5 to 8pm. (Best to show up by 4pm)
Come join us! Get out and mingle with yours and our customer and enjoy a night of people, food,
prizes and fun for all.

The Bike Night will be featured on the Cycle Gear website and in email blasts prior to the event
• In store signage and handouts will be employed to promote general event details 4 weeks in advance and specific details 2 weeks in advance.

• Cycle Gear will also advertise in monthly catalog with a reach of 4-10K riders in the area supporting Cycle Gear’s Bike Night.

• This is an excellent way to get customers in front of your products or services.

• Vendors are welcome to participate inside our store representing your products and or services
too.

• You are welcome to have your Technicians come out and do small adjustments, chain adjustments, tire pressure checks, safety inspections. This will educate our customers about your business and services provided. (sure we need to sell stuff, but not everyone can install).
