We just returned from the Fall Conference in Ottawa Canada and everyone had a great time. RI-1 put in the bid and it was selected so we are hosting the 2015 Blue Knights Northeast Fall Conference. The registration packet is attached. People have already started booking rooms so don't wait on this one as we think it could be a sellout.

This video is paying tribute to Johnny Reposa. Sung and produced by Officer Edwin "Ned" Kemble. Several members of our department along with Johnny's Sister take part. It's very moving and impeccably done. Great job.

Gary Venditto thanked the members who showed up at the last minute to ride at the funeral for his brother-in-law Thomas George. The attendance of Ken Penza, Dave Crogan, Bob Lovell, Tom Martino, and Jack O’Donnell greatly impressed the family. Gary advised that his nephew was so touched that he sent a note and a donation.

As you know Dave and Laurie Crogan went to the International Convention in Austria this past month. Dave had his older Gold Wing shipped overseas and he had intended on selling the Wing at the Convention to off set the cost of the trip. The first day of the Convention they were waiting to go on a ride when they were notified that Wulf Bruelheide a member of Germany X who was supposed to lead the ride had a heart attack and subsequently passed away. Needless to say the ride was cancelled and there was a somber feeling for most of the Convention.

To all my Brothers and Sisters and to all our Blue Knight friends, I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas. May this Holiday Season find you in good health and let us remember what Christmas is all about, it is the day that Christ was born. It is so great on this day though when families are brought together and they share a meal and presents and the joy that everyone experiences from all the children on this day. Remembering that joyous feeling which brings us all back to that innocent time in all our lives when we, were all children. To our members and friends that are in distress at this time remember that you have your extended Blue Knight family that will always be there for you and that you are, especially on this day, in our thoughts and prayers.
